Terms of Use for Phone : Call Log & History
1. Using the app
see your recent calls grouped by day, call or message anyone back, search your contacts from a dialpad, star the people you call most, block a number, silence callers who are not in your contacts and decide afterwards whether they may ring you, and send a WhatsApp message without saving the number first It is provided free of charge with ads. By using the app you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Your content
You are responsible for what you create and import. Only use material that you have the right to use. Do not use the app for anything unlawful.
3. Limits you should know about
Phone : Call Log & History only handles your calls if you choose it as your phone app; until then it sits alongside the dialler you already use. Blocking and screening work only while you have made Phone : Call Log & History your caller ID and spam app on Android, or switched it on under Call Blocking and Identification on iPhone; turn that off and blocked numbers will ring again. Apple gives no app access to call history, so the iPhone version cannot show your recent calls at all. Phone : Call Log & History cannot record calls, and it cannot tell you who an unknown number belongs to, because it has no directory of strangers’ numbers. It cannot speak to a caller or ask them anything out loud: no app is given access to call audio on either platform. Declining a call and texting the caller is the only message Phone : Call Log & History can send on your behalf, it happens only if you switch it on, and a declined call cannot reach your voicemail.
4. Backups
Your content is stored in the app on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes it. Share or export copies of anything important.
5. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We try to keep it working well but do not promise it will be error-free or available at all times. To the extent the law allows, Heaven miner is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
6. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
