Privacy Policy for Phone : Call Log & History

App: Phone : Call Log & History (Android package phonecall.calllog.manager.dialer.callslate)
Developer: Heaven miner
Effective date: 11 October 2026

In short: Phone : Call Log & History reads your call history and contacts on your own phone to show them to you. None of it is uploaded, and there is no account to sign in to. The only things that leave your phone are the information Google's ad services (Google Ad Manager and AdMob) and their ad partners need to show ads, and the technical data Firebase needs to deliver app settings, described below.

1. Who we are

Phone : Call Log & History is published on Google Play by Heaven miner ("we", "us"). Contact: info@heaven-overseas.com.

2. Information the app handles

DataWhat happens to it
Your call history (who called, when, how long, and whether the call was answered, missed or rejected)Read from Android's own call log while the app is open, shown on the screen, and never copied off the device. Phone : Call Log & History has no server and no account.
Your contacts (names, phone numbers)Read from the phone's address book so a number in your history can be shown as a name. Never copied off the device.
The numbers you block, the numbers you allow, the contacts you star, and your chosen languageSaved in the app's own private storage on the device. On iPhone the blocked list is also shared with Phone : Call Log & History's call-blocking extension so iOS can reject those calls.
A list of screened calls: the number and the time we silenced itKept on the device only, so you can decide afterwards whether that caller may ring you. You can clear the list at any time in the app, and it holds the most recent 200 entries.
The message sent to a screened caller, if you turn that onThe text you choose is stored on the device. When a call is declined, your phone's own messaging app sends it. We never see it and it is not sent anywhere else.
Advertising ID, IP address, device and app-usage information, approximate location derived from IPCollected by Google Ad Manager and Google AdMob, our advertising partner GameADzone, and the ad networks that bid through them, to show and measure ads. See section 4.
Firebase installation ID and technical app/device informationUsed by Google Firebase Remote Config to deliver app settings, including ad availability and frequency. See section 4.

We do not collect the contents of your calls or messages, your precise location, your photos, or your email address, and we run no analytics of our own.

3. Permissions

PermissionWhy
Call log (Android)To show your recent calls and to let you delete an entry. Asked once, on the first screen. iPhone gives no app access to call history, so the iOS version has no call list.
ContactsTo put names to the numbers in your history and to show the contacts list, favourites and search. Asked once, on the first screen.
PhoneTo start a call when you tap the call button.
Caller ID and spam app (Android) or Call Blocking and Identification (iPhone)Only if you turn blocking on. It is what lets the phone reject a number you have blocked, and what lets Phone : Call Log & History silence a caller who is not in your contacts. You can turn it off at any time in your phone's settings.
Default phone app (Android)Only if you choose it. It lets you answer and manage calls inside Phone : Call Log & History, and it is the only way an app is allowed to decline a call and text the caller. Android gives no app access to what is said on a call, so Phone : Call Log & History cannot hear, record or transcribe anything. You can hand the role back to another app at any time in your phone's settings.
InternetTo load ads and open links such as this policy.

4. Advertising (Google Ad Manager, AdMob and their partners)

Phone : Call Log & History is free and supported by ads served through Google Ad Manager, managed for us by our advertising partner GameADzone (gameadzone.com), and through Google AdMob. Google may use the advertising ID and the device information listed above to show ads, limit how often you see them, and measure their performance. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in Android Settings > Google > Ads. Google's policies: policies.google.com/privacy and how Google uses data from partner apps. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), you are asked for consent through Google's consent message before any ad is requested, and you can change your choice at any time under Settings > Privacy choices.

Google runs one auction per ad and may let these ad networks bid for it. When one of them shows an ad, it may receive the advertising ID, IP address and device information listed above, under its own privacy policy:

Optional: you can watch one ad to turn ads off for a while (for example 30 minutes). Nothing plays unless you choose to watch.

We use Firebase Remote Config to change app settings such as ad availability and frequency without an app update. Firebase may receive an installation identifier and technical app/device information needed to deliver these settings. Our app does not send contacts, call history or screened-call information to Remote Config. Firebase Analytics is not enabled in this version. See Google's Firebase privacy information.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. The third parties that receive data through the app are Google, for advertising and Remote Config, and the ad networks listed in section 4 when they show an ad. When you tap Share, the item goes only to the app you choose.

6. Keeping and deleting your data

Your content and settings stay on your device until you delete them in the app, clear the app's storage, or uninstall Phone : Call Log & History. Because we hold no account or server-side data about you, there is nothing for us to delete on our side. For data held by Google, use the Google controls linked above.

7. Children

Phone : Call Log & History is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help.

8. Security

Your content stays in the app's private storage, protected by Android's app sandbox. Ad traffic is sent over encrypted connections by the ad SDKs.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA) you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal data. Write to info@heaven-overseas.com and we will respond.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
